A Bit About Me
I’ve spent the past 20 years immersed in hospitality — from luxury hotel dining rooms in New York, to launching my own ski bar in the Alps, to overseeing multi-unit restaurant operations in Toronto. Along the way, I’ve hired and developed leadership teams, opened high-performing venues, turned around struggling operations, and built training programs for national brands.
I bring a steady, practical approach to every project. I understand the pace, pressure, and complexity of this industry — and I know what it takes to lead with clarity and keep a business running smoothly behind the scenes.
